Woodinville Wine Country’s, Pacific Distillery, was featured in an article in Money Inc. (online) titled Celebrating National Absinthe Day: Authentic Absinthe Brands to Taste.

The author describes absinthe’s history, ban and eventual repeal and goes on to highlight four absinthes from across the world (California, Woodinville, Virginia and France). Pacific Distillery’s Pacifique Absinthe is included. Pacifique’s traditional French-Swiss style crafting and tasting notes are featured.
