Our break-even bottles are exquisite and rare, outside of what you’ll typically see on menus. One of those drinks that you savor and immediately want to share with your best friend. We feel the same way and want to share these with you, so we’re selling these bottles in 1 oz. pours for cost. (Which is, legally speaking, the lowest we can go.) Tuesdays only, we open the bottle at 4p and sell 1 oz pours until it’s gone.

Bottle No. 7 is Park Cognac Chai No. 8. on Oct 6th…why is 6 afraid of 7?

In the glass, this single barrel Cognac high aromas and flavors of dried fruits, flowers, toasted bread, baking spices and roasted hazelnuts. It’s produced exclusively from grapes grown in the Petite Champagne region, whose chalk and limestone soils add a mineral-driven note to the spirit, and is aged twenty-one years. Sip it neat to enjoy its original and varied pleasure.

This particular bottle is one of 317 bottles produced from this barrel. Single barrel Cognacs are extremely rare as most Cognac is formed as a blend of different eau de vie.
