Grand Ciel Vertical Tasting at the Tasting Room @ DeLille Cellars

The Grand Ciel Cabernet Library Tasting experience compares our newest release of our 2020 Estate Vineyard Cabernet alongside previous vintages including: 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2019 and 2020.

This 1.5-hour guided tasting is semi-private, with a maximum of 10 guests per seating. Must be 21 years of age or older. $140 per person, Pre-payment is required.

During this tasting, we will have a limited amount of library vintages for purchase. Guests will also enjoy a light cheese pairing with the tasting.

Grand Ciel Cabernet is a single vineyard, single varietal & single clone Cabernet from our estate vineyard on Red Mountain. Every detail of our vineyard has been designed to produce the highest quality fruit from the unique climate and soil of this prestigious AVA known for its ripe and structured Cabernet.
