Holiday Charcuterie 101 Workshop @ Obelisco Estate

Each attendee will have their own personal board to customize, and a selection of artisanal cheese, meats and pairings. Attendees will learn the basics of cheese selection, cutting techniques and styling tips! Rachel will offer an in-depth board building lesson utilizing seasonal ingredients.
