Tacos y Vino!

Family-owned winery collective Tinte Cellars hosts an evening of Tacos y Vino on Friday, April 22, at its Warehouse District location in Woodinville.

Featuring traditional Mexican recipes, served as tacos, paired with Tinte Cellars’ authentic Washington wines, guests will enjoy an evening exploring how the food and wine’s spices, textures, flavors, and ingredients complement each other.

“Our winemaker, Noah Fox Reed, and general manager, Cameron James, have collaborated on this event honoring the generations that have come before us,” said Teresa Spellman Gamble, co-owner of Tinte Cellars. “This timeless pairing features Tinte wines and tacos inspired by recipes from Cameron’s family and friends.”

“Pairing regional cuisine of Mexico and Central America with wine can be quite natural if the food is prepared traditionally without excessive added heat or toppings,” said Cameron James, general manager of Tinte Cellars. “I learned from my grandmothers’ kitchens and from the chefs I’ve had the honor to work with throughout my culinary career that the focus should be on the layers of flavor from the spice, meat, & vegetable preparations and subtle but impactful garnishes.”

A ticket purchase allows you to enjoy this pairing anytime between 5:00 pm and closing at 8:00 pm. Tinte Cellars recommends at least 60 minutes for the experience and suggests guests arrive no later than 7:00 pm.
