Taste Like a Winemaker: A Four Flags Tasting Experience @ DeLille Cellars

Every vintage, our winemakers select a block from each of four vineyards—Upchurch, Grand Ciel, Klipsun, and Ciel du Cheval that will blend harmoniously to create our Four Flags Cabernet Sauvignon. Winemakers revisit each of the chosen lots together to determine the final blend.

Guests will get to experience all four vineyard blocks separately, similarly to our winemaking team tasting them just prior to choosing the final blend as well as taste the final blend that was chosen by the winemaking team. Each wine is paired with a small bite. Guests must be 21 years of age or older.
