With more than 31 years of Bordeaux-style winemaking in the state’s famed Red Mountain AVA, Upchurch Vineyard is founded on a culture of excellence that celebrates the authenticity of each vineyard plot and the passion of every individual involved. Our Executive Chef, Maximillian Petty, will guide you through a seven-course winter tasting menu, designed to highlight the vineyard’s bold, terroir-driven wines. From delicately prepared seafood to rich, comforting meats and finishing with decadent, seasonal desserts, each course is thoughtfully paired to enhance the flavor and character of every wine.
