WEEK 57 | ELSOM CELLARS
Jody Elsom and Rebecca Weber’s collaborative efforts and diverse backgrounds in winemaking offer some of the boldest, richest, and spiciest red wines out there. Historically known as red wine makers for their Malbec, Elsom offers so much more including a selection of sought-after Southern Rhône varietals, a healthy line-up of Bordeaux varietals, a stunning seasonal GSM Rosé, and some savory white wines perfect for food pairings.
ABOUT THE COTTAGE
The Cottage is a full-service restaurant specializing in local, farm-to-table fare on a rotating, seasonal menu. Almost everything is made in-house, and we frequently know the farm from which the ingredients hail! Our full bar features a number of offerings from small, local purveyors including beer, wine, and craft cocktails. We pride ourselves on our customer service, and aim to create an experience unlike anywhere else.
