WEEK 61 | ZAZA IMPORTS: GEORGIAN WINES
Zaza Imports was created in 2014 to bring wines from the country of Georgia to the United States. Raised in Georgia until the age of 21, Zaza Mtskhetadze saw an opportunity to share the gifts and ancient traditions of winemaking with the growing market of consumers in the US. With partners still located in his home country, Zaza has been able to source boutique producers from wine regions throughout Georgia to bring traditional Qvevri and other natural wines to market.

ABOUT THE COTTAGE
The Cottage is a full-service restaurant specializing in local, farm-to-table fare on a rotating, seasonal menu. Almost everything is made in-house, and we frequently know the farm from which the ingredients hail! Our full bar features a number of offerings from small, local purveyors including beer, wine, and craft cocktails. We pride ourselves on our customer service, and aim to create an experience unlike anywhere else.
