Winemaker Dinner with Damsel Cellars

An intimate multi-course dinner and wine pairing with winemaker, Mari Womack, of Damsel Cellars. Celebrate Independence Day weekend with us!
The menu for this 4-course meal and wine pairing will tentatively be as follows:
- 1st course: Brûléed peaches, arugula, shaved pecorino, candied almonds, with almond oil vinaigrette
- 2nd course: Raspberry Beet Cured Salmon, creme fraiche, pickles beets, and micro greens
- 3rd Course: Coffee spice rubbed tenderloin, confit fingerling potatoes, charred ramps, mixed berry reduction, blue cheese compound butter
- 4th course: chocolate cake
