The Lauren Ashton Cellars story goes years back when Kit Singh, a dentist by profession, discovered the enjoyment of wine. In 2009, Kit channeled his chemistry and deep-rooted scientific background with his appreciation of wine and created his own brand called Lauren Ashton Cellars, inspired by his two children, Ashley Lauren and Ashton Troy. Keeping his focus on family, Kit wanted showcase his wife Riinu’s heritage and culture by branding his labels with photographs from her beautiful home country in Europe, Estonia. Visit the Lauren Ashton Cellars tasting studio in the heart of Woodinville’s Hollywood District in the Apple Farm Village. There you will find welcoming hosts (maybe even the Winemaker himself), to walk you through the winemaking process. You’ll enjoy 95-point wines, but without the worry that you need to know a thing about wine before you come in to visit.
