Delille Cellars and Sparkman Cellars are moving all Woodinville operations to the former home of the Redhook brewery.
Two Washington winemakers, Delille Cellars and Sparkman Cellars, are moving all of their Woodinville operations — tasting rooms, event spaces, and winemaking — to the sprawling former Redhook Brewery property. For its part, Delille is eyeing a fall opening, while Sparkman says it’s still going through the permitting process and doesn’t yet have a clear opening timeline.
Delille will occupy a whopping 30,000 square feet, with a combination of space for retail, events, offices, and winemaking, plus a three-story retail tower. The site will also have a pretty fantastic-sounding rooftop deck with a view of Mount Rainier, but it will be available only to wine club members and their guests. Non-members will have access to things like tours, tastings, seminars, and an outdoor patio on the main level.>>>Read the entire article on Seattle Eater
