Learn the fine art of French chocolate making with Chef Michael Poole at the LaShellé Wines in Woodinville, WA. Class will include demonstrations as well as hands-on work by participants. Covid-19 protocols will be in place including spread out work spaces, lots of hand washing and face masks (required regardless of vaccination status). Class size limit: 6
