Black Glass Challenge @ DeLille Cellars

Challenge your wine knowledge with a shake-up to your regular tasting. The Black Glass Challenge involves tasting red and white wine at room temperature through a black glass. This blind tasting will help train your sense of smell and taste, as well as showing us how much we depend on sight when evaluating wine. Our blacked-out glasses make for a fun sensory experience in which you and a group can test your knowledge on wine varietals and tasting notes. This 1.5-hour guided event is semi-private, with a maximum of 10 guests per seating. Guests must be 21 years of age or older. $85 per guest pre-payment required. Each guest will take home a bottle of our 2017 D2, a Wine Spectator Top 100 wine!
