The Menu: A Decadent Culinary Escape
Tarte aux Asperges Vertes et Fromage
A buttery pastry filled with green asparagus, gruyere, chèvre, and lemon zest drizzled with tarragon vinaigrette.

Soupe à la Citrouille
Velvety pumpkin soup infused with fire-roasted pumpkin and roasted garlic, crowned with a French pistou of basil, sage, sun-dried tomatoes, and toasted hazelnuts, served with fresh sourdough fougasse.

Queue de Bœuf avec Polenta au Comté
A French Basque classic: wine-braised beef oxtail over rich corn polenta with Comté cheese, garnished with a bright parsley persillade.

Salade d’Endive et de Rochefort
Crisp endive layered with sweet pears wrapped in jamon, Rochefort cheese, roasted walnuts, and a lemon Dijon aioli.

Marquise au Chocolat
Luxurious dark chocolate frozen mousse over crème anglaise, adorned with fresh raspberries.
