Amelia Day is a Seattle-based singer/songwriter studying at Vanderbilt University in Nashville. Recently, she has performed solo shows at various Washington venues like “The Barn at Wilson Farm” and “The Five2Five”. Amelia generally writes and performs music within the Indie/Jazz/Folk vein and is currently recording her debut EP, “Eastward of Eden,” to be released in August.

Amelia grew up on Folk and Rock greats like Simon & Garfunkel, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Elton John, Queen, and (of course) The Beatles, but has since branched out into artists like Father John Misty, Bon Iver, Vulfpeck, Beatenberg, and Pomplamoose, all of whom have influenced her unique songwriting style. Amelia is constantly listening to new musicians and always finds inspiration in the rich artistic community of the PNW.
