During the summer, our farm team stocks our larder and root cellar allowing our kitchen to access ancestral flavors through fresh and preserved ingredients and, extend reservations to include Thursday’s during the cooler months. Select Thursdays from January 16th until May 15th feature our Winter Kitchen menu, a multi-course dinner paired with beverages priced at $225 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
