Introducing the 2024 LUX Reserve Sauvignon Blanc.This layered, aromatic white wine has been barrel fermented and aged 10 months on the lees, providing a wonderful mouthfeel with extended finish.
To showcase this wine, we have created a unique setting, centered on the flavors of Parmigiano, where age is an ingredient. We have imported Parmigiano Reggiano from Northern Italy, aged 18, 24, 36, and 48 months. We combined these 4 cheeses into a single dish with elements of contrasting texture, temperature, and flavors.
After this immersion in umami, you will bask in the warmth of our Spring Release red wines.
