Join us for an ALL LEVELS Yoga class followed by Wine~
This class will be a mixture of hatha and vinyasa postures to get your body moving, flowing, and ready to start your day off right!
After class you can sit down and relax with a Barnard Griffin wine tasting flight or a glass of wine of your choice. Snack boxes are also available for purchase!
