Chef Nicholas Ames will guide you through an engaging, hands-on pasta making class, illustrating how to make several different sauces and types of pasta, including the charming Orecchiette. You’ll master the delicate art of shaping these “little ears” and – take home a bag of your handmade Orecchiette to enjoy later. Following our pasta crafting, we’ll gather for a fun family-style feast of fresh pasta, a vibrant salad, and warm, crusty bread. Raise a glass to your culinary success with wine available for purchase by the glass or bottle. It’s a pasta party you won’t want to miss!
