Built in 1900 by the Niemeyer family, this is one of the oldest houses in Woodinvilleille and perches above the Woodinville-Redmond Road, just south of Front Street. Jesse Brown purchased the home in 1905 and established the Machias Mill across the road along the Squak Slough. The home was purchased by Synergy Construction in 1991 and remodeled, keeping several of the original features. Since then, the house has been used for commercial purposes.
