Pondera is a family owned, boutique winery celebrating fifteen years of making award winning wines from some of Washington State’s most highly regarded vineyards. Owner/Winemaker Shane Howard prefers a hands on approach to producing his wines in limited quantities, keeping production levels at about 3000 cases annually. We age our red wines longer in both barrel and bottle than most wineries, so they are ready to drink upon release.
