Our new Winemaking Studio is now officially open! Join us Thursday – Sunday, from 12-6pm as we play our favorite vinyl records, enjoy light bites, and open wines from across the entire Avallé portfolio—including a few special library selections. In addition, we host weekly barrel tastings from our cellar on Thursdays, from 3-5pm. We are excited to now be open and host our members and fans! Founded by Matthews winery, the Avallé portfolio is composed of the Tenor, Single Barrel, Matthews, Jaine, From the Sky Down, and Blackboard brands. The Studio is our internal operational hub, home to the winemakers, office staff, reserve level wine production and aging, as well as a beautiful tasting room. Our Studio tasting experiences’ focus on the Tenor and Single Barrel brands, but also have the option to taste a sampling of wines from throughout our portfolio. Taking you on a journey through our representations of the amazing potential of the Columbia Valley.
