Have you met Jess and Bing, the founders of Copper Cat Distillery? They are two creative individuals with a passion for spirits and art. The proof is in the bottle and the ceramic art on display. You can find them within The Junction corner of the Warehouse District in Woodinville.

As a couple, they also have a competitive edge that drives them to create a monthly, interactive cocktail challenge with guests. This month the cocktails are the Welcome Back and Year of the Tiger. In the spirit of Valentine’s Day and Jess & Bing’s healthy competition, you will be entered into a Valentine’s Giveaway when you come in and vote for your favorite recipe. The winner will be announced at the beginning of March.
