This red blend that uniquely speaks to a sense of place is made with grapes from the venerable Harrison Hill Vineyard in the Yakima Valley.
I’VE BEEN ON a journey with my 2018 Wine of the Year, experiencing it at all three stages: walking the vineyard just before harvest, tasting the wine from the tank just before bottling and feeling enraptured by the wine from the bottle.
All the grapes for DeLille Cellars’ 2015 Harrison Hill come from a small, storied vineyard in the Yakima Valley town of Sunnyside. The vineyard was first planted in 1914, then replanted to Bordeaux varieties in 1962.>>>Read the entire article on The Seattle Times
