Before joining Novelty Hill Januik, Tanner served as Executive Chef for the restaurant group behind Seattle favorites Brimmer & Heeltap and its sister projects. That experience leading respected kitchens helped shape his philosophy of thoughtful hospitality and food that highlights both flavor and seasonality.
