There is a fresh face behind the wine list at The Barking Frog, and it is one worth getting excited about. Please welcome Beth Hickey, the new Wine Director and Sommelier at the acclaimed Woodinville restaurant located inside Willows Lodge.

Beth brings more than fifteen years of experience in luxury dining and wine, with a career that spans restaurants, distributors, and wine suppliers. She has led wine programs at some of Seattle’s most respected restaurants, including El Gaucho, and has worked with industry leaders such as Daniel’s Broiler, Winebow, Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, and E.&J. Gallo. That broad, full-circle experience shapes how she approaches wine programs, guest experience, and hospitality at The Barking Frog.

At The Barking Frog, Beth oversees an award-winning, sommelier- and chef-driven wine list designed to complement the restaurant’s seasonal, Pacific Northwest-inspired cuisine. Her philosophy centers on balance and approachability.
