Chef Justin Severino was recently featured on Anthony Bourdain’s “Parts Unknown” television series. Chef Justin is a James Beard Award-nominee and owner of Cure Restaurant in Pittsburgh. He is traveling to Woodinville to team up with Novelty Hill Januik’s Executive Chef Seth Fernald for an evening of “Cure-ated” food and wines for the St. Nick’s Holiday Wine Weekend.

Almost 40 of Woodinville’s top wineries will be pouring a tremendous variety of world-class wines. You will have a chance to taste the beautiful breadth of Washington State in one location on one night.
