ABOUT WOODINVILLE
Woodinville Offers a Different Pace of Living
From humble beginnings as a turn-of-the-century logging town, to post-war growth as a farming community and Seattle suburb, to its emergence the bustling center of Washington Wine, Woodinville has quite a story to tell. Incorporated in 1992, and with a population of around 12,000, it’s small size belies its concentrated culture of innovation and collaboration amongst its many wineries, breweries, and distilleries, and it’s this culture that has led to Woodinville becoming the center of gravity for wine lovers that it is today.
But as any resident of Woodinville will tell you, there’s more to Woodinville than wine. The city cultivates a unique lifestyle; one enriched by its accessibility to nearby Seattle and Bellevue, while retaining an unhurried and pastoral feel. Many former city dwellers raise families here, drawn by the excellent schools, many parks, and tight-knit community.
